How to Delete Your Account

At Rutruebenz, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If, for any reason, you decide that you no longer wish to use the AI Assistant application and want to have your account deleted, we offer an easy way to do so.

To delete your account and all associated data:

1. Fill out the form with your name and email address – please make sure to use the email associated with your AI Assistant account.
2. Click on ‘Submit Deletion Request’.

Upon receiving your request, we will initiate the process of deleting your account and associated data. Please note that this process is irreversible and will result in the permanent deletion of your account, personal data, and transaction history. Certain data might be retained for legal and business purposes for 24 months.

Please allow up to 2 working days for your request to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
